Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following carefully:

Return Eligibility:

  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom-Made.

  • Digital goods or items with hygiene seals removed are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at zenvorrabusiness@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence if applicable. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns not due to our error or a defective item. This helps us reduce abuse and fraudulent claims.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Dispute Resolution: In the case of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide the relevant order and delivery data, including carrier tracking and confirmation, as part of our dispute resolution process.
