Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen global conditions (e.g., pandemic disruptions, customs delays), processing time may extend to up to 5 business days.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, or global logistics disruptions are beyond our control. Customers agree not to hold Zenvorra liable for delays once the package has been dispatched.

Origin of Shipments: Products are shipped from warehouses located in the USA, Europe, and Asia, based on inventory availability and customer proximity.

Tracking and Delivery Issues: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. If your order shows as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first. Zenvorra is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages marked as delivered. If you suspect a lost package, contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

Force Majeure: Zenvorra shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.
